SHIPPING DELAYS: There are currently temporary service adjustments for shipping due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Once an order has been placed, please allow for 2-4 business days for your
order to be processed and packed up.

Worldwide expected delivery times:

FedEx shipping: 5-9 business days 

Free standard shipping: 2-5 weeks 



There may be duties or taxes upon arrival into your country based on where you live. KIMONOL does not have control over these and should you require more information, please contact your local customs office.

Please keep in mind that once a package leaves our location, it is no longer in our control. If you experience any problems during shipment, please contact the shipper immediately.

If the address you used to place your order is incorrect and if your package doesn’t reach you due to this, KIMONOL will not be held responsible and will not be able to offer you a refund. If a package is lost on the way, we will do our best to send you a replacement, but will not be able to offer you a refund at this time.

By making a purchase with us, you agree that KIMONOL will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment.

Whilst we are a Canadian based brand based in Toronto, Ontario our shipping and packing office is setup in China so that we can ship directly to our customers and prevent extra costs and unnecessary contributions to environmental waste.
